Woodside Homeowners Association Units 2, 3, 4
Woodside development consists of approximately 400 residents located approximately 1 mile north of Pine Junction on Mount Evans Boulevard. Woodside Units 2, 3, and 4 is made up of 240 lots, most of them developed. Homes are arranged on lots sizes 2 acres and up. Woodside prides itself in its equestrian and pedestrian trail system which weaves its way throughout the community. Members of Units 2, 3, and 4 have exclusive use of the trail system. Units 2, 3, 4 also have their own Equestrian Center which has stables, an arena and round pen. Woodside is approximately 25 miles west of Denver on Hwy 285.
Woodside Units 2, 3, & 4 have their own Homeowners Association. A "Welcome to Woodside" packet of information is available to all residents of units 2, 3 & 4. Just e-mail Cathy Banks for a copy. The packet contains a trail map, list of officers and directors, information regarding the Water Users Association, copy of covenants, along with other information relevant to the Homeowners Association.
