Hey PoKeNo Players! We have put together the following guidelines so we will all know what to expect when it is our turn to host the PoKeNo Party We hope that everyone will choose a date to host the party. With the number of players we have, we only need to host a gathering once a year or so. Following are a few guidelines to help you with the details.: The Invitation – As we have e-mail addresses for everyone, the simplest (and cheapest!) way to communicate both the invitation and the RSVP is by e-mail. We have compiled a PoKeNo email address list for your reference. You are welcome to use mailed invitations if you prefer, but it should not be necessary. New Guests – We’re happy to welcome new faces to the group. But, please check with the Hostess prior to extending a new invitation as space/numbers may limit what is a manageable size. Our concern being, if the group grows too large, we won’t be able to get through the play/evening in a timely manner. Gift/Prizes – Please bring one gift with value not exceeding $10 wrapped very simply i.e. plain paper bag. Use whatever you like, the objective is to keep things simple - no hassle for you. Cash – Please bring $2 to put in our basket for the PoKeNo round….winner takes all! Refreshments- Please bring only one of the following to share: appetizer, dessert or wine/beverage. Timing – We are suggesting that we follow this schedule to keep the evening moving along in a timely manner. We understand everyone has "next day" commitments so the evening will not be too late.
