"Ask the Board"
The Woodside Park Units 2, 3, & 4 HOA Board of Directors are interested in improving communications within the membership of the association. They understand that General Membership meetings and ad hoc BOD meetings may not be convenient to everyone to attend and may not provide an opportunity to fully address all the concerns or questions you may have. With that in mind, this on-line forum was developed to facilitate communications between the BOD and members of the Woodside Park Units 2, 3, & 4 Homeowner's Association.
Why an on-line Question and Answer forum? An on-line forum benefits all our members who may have a similar question. Quite often, questions from one member benefit many others by providing new information. In addition, it enables the BOD to establish a "Frequently Asked Questions" database for future reference. On a more practical note, it prevents the BOD from having to address the same question more than once.
As with all public forums, we need some guidelines to keep everyone on track. Below are a few suggestions to help keep us focused.
All questions will be forwarded directly to each Board member without edit or comment. However, any personal or private information included in the inquiry will be excised from the note before posting on this forum.
Answers from the BOD will be posted as written without edit or comment. Any follow-up questions from the originator, that may be necessary for sake of clarity, will be included with original posting.
Questions should be "answerable." Obviously, all questions are "answerable" but, to assist the Board, please try to keep your question focused on a single issue that has potential for a definitive reply. Open-ended questions or hypothetical situations should be avoided.
Specific legal issues will not be discussed on this forum. That said, inquiries related to legal issues that are deemed to be general in nature may be addressed by the BOD at their discretion.
