"Ask the Board"

The Woodside Park Units 2, 3, & 4 HOA Board of Directors are interested in improving communications within the membership of the association.  They understand that General Membership meetings and ad hoc BOD meetings may not be convenient to everyone to attend and may not provide an opportunity to fully address all the concerns or questions you may have.  With that in mind, this on-line forum was developed to facilitate communications between the BOD and members of the Woodside Park Units 2, 3, & 4 Homeowner's Association.

Why an on-line Question and Answer forum?  An on-line forum benefits all our members who may have a similar question.  Quite often, questions from one member benefit many others by providing new information.  In addition, it enables the BOD to establish a "Frequently Asked Questions" database for future reference.  On a more practical note, it prevents the BOD from having to address the same question more than once.

As with all public forums, we need some guidelines to keep everyone on track.  Below are a few suggestions to help keep us focused.
