Below are the images you requested.  I have formatted the images to fit on a PowerPoint slide.  The images below are small thumbnails linked to the full size image. 

To store the full size images on your computer simply click on the thumbnail to display the full size image.  Once the image is displayed simply "right click" on the image and select "Save As."  The following menu will allow to select a directory and rename the image if you wish.  Let me know if you have any trouble saving the images.

I have put a caption under each thumbnail so you will know where the image came from and the Clarke model number.
