This is a portion of Registered Design Number 58461 recorded by the Taylor Tunnicliff & Company, October 9th, 1896. The actual image shown is for illustration purposes only and was not part of the original document. The original document had drawings of both the biscuit jar and butter dish. The biscuit jar was removed for clarity.
This portion of the application illustrates once again the proper spelling of Tunnicliff(e) and that the design was for the "shape" of the butter dish and not the decoration.
